All of my tours are designed from scratch, and continually shaped as we go, in order to unlock the unique possibilities of each day and each group.

Although every trip is unique, each is built on the same foundation of core intentions that have remained unchanged since the beginning.

To a land far, far away...

This is the Algarve's rugged, remote Costa Vicentina Natural Park, one of Europe's best protected and least discovered coastlines.

We will not only leave the beaten-path, we will leave the unbeaten path for a fully-immersive encounter with the natural world, far from civilization.

Balanced with stillness

Appreciation can't be rushed. Although we work hard, we always go at a relaxed pace, going slow to relax, reflect, connect, and enjoy along the way.

What's important here is not going far, but going deep; not the quantity of the distance, but the quality of the journey.

Way off the beaten path

All my tours are bespoke and totally unique to me. I have created my own trails and itineraries, follow no one else's routes, visit no typical touristic sites.

You cannot find these places on any app, blog or website, or with any other guide, guaranteed.

Interactive & educational

This is not a passive sightseeing tour, but an active, full-sensory experience. Together, we will uncover the land's many rich histories, mysteries, textures & rhythms using storytelling, games, participation, & all our senses.

A landscape cannot be known just by looking at it: It must be felt, heard, sat with, and contemplated, so that we can depart with a deep understanding & appreciation.

There is no better way to understand a land than through the food that comes from it. There is also no better way to reward ourselves for our efforts, and celebrate as a group, then with food.

A delicious, home-made picnic dinner of locally-inspired tapas & wine, highlighting the Algarve's rich & diverse tradition of flavors, is the culmination of all my journeys. This is a one-of-a-kind foodie experience all on it's own.
